ACTE Global (Association of Corporate Travel Executives) has named Christine Liu, Asia Pacific Travel Manager at Ford Motor Company, the recipient of the 2018 year’s Asia Radiant Award. ACTE Global conferred the award at its Singapore Global Summit and Corporate Lodging Forum in July 2018.

Christine has over 12 years of corporate travel management experience in the Asia Pacific region and is an advocate for developing mature corporate travel management systems in China. She was also the final contestant for the 2017 ACTE Global Travel Programme CEO Award. Earlier this year, Christine was also named the new Asia Regional Chair for ACTE Global and has served on the Asia Regional Council since May 2016.

The Asia Radiant Award, first launched in 2014, recognizes corporate travel professionals who have made significant contributions to the Asian business travel industry. Prior winners have included Peter Koh – Corning (previously Standard Chartered Bank), Hiromi Tometaka – JP Morgan (previously Société Générale), and Amarnath Lal Das – Accenture.

“Christine has been a critical member of the business travel community for many years, offering innovative insights and a unique perspective on the Asia-Pacific region that has benefited all corporate travel professionals, both ACTE Global members and non-members alike,” said Greeley Koch, executive director at ACTE Global. “We are pleased to honour her with this much-deserved award and look forward to her continued contributions to the advancement of our industry.”
